When It Comes To Sarcasm, Creativity, And Wit, These Students Deserve An A+
School is supposed to be a place that allows students' creative energy to flow. These particular students took their energy to the tenth degree and should receive the highest marks for wit, sarcasm, and utter genius.
From making a hallway-long game of "The Floor is Lava" to sarcastic test responses and funny doorway signs, here are some hysterical ways students spend their time in school.
Close Enough?
Alright, hot take: this teacher didn't have to be so assertive with her "no." Red ink, two lines, and two exclamation marks? Seems like a bit of overkill for a "finish" flag. Seriously, this student wasn't too far off in their drawing.
All they had to do was misread Finnish and think it was Finish, resulting in the finish line checkered flag that wound up on their test paper. Kid, A+.
Bob Obviously Needs A Candy-Vention
The thing with this answer is that it may be sarcastic, but the student is really on to something. Under no circumstance would it be okay for one man, or woman, for that matter, to eat 29 candy bars themselves.
So, yes, the correct answer would be diabetes. Bob could definitely have diabetes after that amount of sugar consumption. This teacher had best given their student top marks on that math test for giving the most real answer out there.
Dr. Hedgeh(og) Is Not Amused
When a teacher's last name is Hedgeh, they have to know a hedgehog joke is going to be made more than once in their career. Come on; the last name literally looks as though it's missing two letters.
These students were just trying to spell the good doctor's last name correctly, so spellcheck didn't do it for them. Honestly, Dr. Hedge(og) should be thanking them instead of writing a note, especially a student who wrote the "og" on the note!
Please, Be Gentle With The Door. It Has A Lot Of Feelings
This is one of those cases where grammar does a lot, changing the entire meaning of the sign. Here, the sign makes it sound like the door has feelings and becomes alarmed when five o'clock hits instead of the alarm being activated at that time.
Honestly, the students who put the bottom sign explaining the door's anxious state before that time are geniuses who just took advantage of the grammatical opportunity.
When A Student Is Real But Also A GoT Fan
For a vast majority of people going to college, student loans are the name of the game, as the prices of colleges and universities around the United States are a bit pricey, to say the least.
Well, at least this graduate was able to make a very ironic cap decoration using the Game of Thrones typeface and slogan, "Winter is Coming." Only, here, it's "Interest is coming." Honestly, she probably thinks winter sounds a whole lot better than loans.
This Student Wasn't About To Try For That Level Of Detail
Did this student have one of the easier homework assignments out there? Probably. Did he give it his best go? Probably not. The thing this student did do, though, is giving their teacher a decisive "no," they're not going to even try drawing that ship.
Not only is it a "no," but it's a no written in bold red ink. Clearly, this student isn't messing around and has no intention of ever drawing this ship.
Technically, That Test Answer Is A Risk
There are only a small number of people out there who actually enjoyed test-taking in school. The other fraction of those people would have been happy to coast on through, using nothing but their hysterical wit and sense of humor to graduate.
Well, that's exactly what this student did. But this teacher knows when they've been outsmarted, giving this student's "no" answer a check instead of a flat-out zero. Hey, writing "no" on a test is technically a risk!
Students Are Never Too Old For A Game Of "The Floor Is Lava"
These university students prove that no matter how old a person is, they're never going to be old enough to disregard a sign that says "the ground is lava." They even placed chairs and tables throughout the dorm hallway for optimum parkour lava jumping!
If this isn't a great way to get students' minds off of studying, papers, or reading a chapter in a long textbook, then we're not sure what is.
Online School Is Still School!
Every student deserves a graduation. The chance to walk down an aisle with their friends to commemorate their hard work and dedication to school. This student did something a bit different, though, having been enrolled in an online school.
Instead of dressing up for graduation and being handed his diploma by the principal, he dressed in his cap and gown, walked down his driveway, and was handed the diploma by the mailman. Hey, nowhere does it say it has to be the principal!
Just Connect The Dots To Get A 100%
When it comes to tests, unless a student really knows the material, chances are they're not getting a 100%. That's why this student is a complete genius. Knowing they weren't going to get a perfect score, they took matters into their own hands.
Since most people can't pass up a good connect the dots, they drew a puzzle on the front of their test. It just so happens that the dots made a "100." Nicely done!
When The Student Spends Too Much Time On The Computer
This worksheet must have been passed out around the holidays. But this particular student clearly has no holiday cheer when it comes to drawing reindeer. Instead, they'd prefer to tell the reindeer what he and Santa could drop him off for Christmas.
Consider the CTRL+C and CTRL+V was written down in a sarcastic attempt at "copying" the reindeer; one can only imagine that this student would like some sort of electronic under the tree. Too bad, kid, you're getting a sketch pad and pens.
No, This Makes Sense
Paper cuts are no laughing matter. They are a horrible stinging sensation that never seems to go away. And what's worse is that all it takes is one wrong move of a piece of paper and BAM! paper cut.
This student, although funny, is weirdly accurate in their "papercut finder" sign on the hand sanitizer. For those strange people who don't know when they get a papercut, this alcohol-based sanitizer will more than do the trick, stinging tiny scratches they had no idea existed.
The Ultimate Teacher Gift
The 2016-2017 school year was a strange one. Little kids were "dabbing," fidget spinners were running rampant, and the ultimate level of "cool" was being able to flip a water bottle and have it land perfectly.
Being a teacher that year couldn't have been easy, to say the least. Thankfully, this student knew about the hardships they faced, gifting this amazing t-shirt to their teacher in hopes that they'd never forget the era.
The Fake Stamp Gets An "A" And No Jail Time
Nothing quite says practical joker like taking an art project and fooling the United States Postal Service. For their final project, this student decided to draw a picture of a stamp on an envelope and then mail it to themselves to see if it would pass through the postal service.
Somehow, it did. Apparently, handing the project to the teacher wasn't enough. They actually had to see if their art was authentic enough to fool the government!
At Least They Got A +1 For Humor
Apparently, this student had no clue what the program in question five did. Instead of giving it their best answer, they decided to give their teacher a piece of their mind. Their answer to the extra credit question: "Make your students cry."
At least the teacher had a good sense of humor about their answer, telling the student that making them cry wasn't intentional. They even gave the student a +1 for their trouble! Hopefully, that dried up the tears a bit.
Honestly, This Makes Sense
The best part about this student is that they tried to solve the weird math problem at first and then completely backtracked, erasing their thought-out answer and decided a sarcastic response was the best way to go about it.
And, honestly, their answer isn't entirely inaccurate. Number seven does ask what the question is. And if a-squared over b-squared is the answer, why can't "please write a-squared over b-squared" be the question?
Chemistry Students Are A Different Breed
In chemistry class, the students were learning about the chemical compound formaldehyde, a strong-smelling gas used in making different household products. Well, chemistry students are a different breed who find amusement in compound puns.
Here, they took the "formal" in formaldehyde and made a "Casual-dehyde," a compound that is dressed in a Hawaiian shirt and board shorts that looks like it is ready to go on a tropical vacation instead of helping create products.
The Snackpack, The Only Backpack For The Snacking Student
"Students can't have food in class." It's a typical rule a teacher puts on their syllabus to show students whose boss. Well, this student just turned the tide, showing their teacher that there is more than one way to bring food into a classroom.
Introducing the snackpack, the only backpack for the snacking student. The best part is that teachers can't tell them to leave it in their locker. Hello, teach, it is a backpack!
Brian, We Tip Our Hats To You
Brian, English might be your best subject. Either that or you're going to major in sarcasm when you get to school because "I can't remember" is way too perfect of an answer to this particular vocabulary question.
Honestly, he must be a joy to have in class. Not only is he a smart cookie, but he's not afraid to write it down on paper. The best part is, the answer he gave isn't wrong.
Chemistry, It Means No Worries
Chemistry: students either hate it, or they love it. In this student's case, it seems like they're trying to make it as happy a place they can be as possible, writing "Matata" after the equation for sodium format.
This student might not be going far in chemistry class, but they should definitely look into a career in the arts because their creativity is on a whole other level that people wish they can aspire to.
