We’re Wondering Just Exactly How These Mistakes Were Made
Look, I get that asking for help isn't always easy. It can be a real blow to your pride to admit that you don't know something. However, it is always so much worse to do something incorrectly than to just ask for a bit of help when you need it.
Keep reading to see some people who definitely didn't follow that advice. We should all learn from their very, very stupid mistakes. Some of these photos are absolutely ridiculous.
The Wrong Entrance
It looks like a lot of people were having trouble with this door, so the management of this establishment decided to have a bit of fun with their customers.
I'm into it.
It Sticks
The people who made this pan had one job to do.
They just had to make it non-stick. It looks to me that the sticker is stuck on there pretty tight.
Where's The Wafer?
Someone was having a rough day at the Kit Kat factory.
They could have reached out to a coworker if it was their first day on the job, but instead, they just sent out a subpar product.
Which Came First?
Which do you think came first in this situation, the door or the floor? Because they couldn't have been installed at the same time.
Someone really should have just asked for help.
What Button?
At this factory, nobody can ask for help when they need it because the help button just isn't there anymore.
Or maybe it was never there. Someone should have asked for help installing it.
That's Not Where The Screw Goes
This person's brother-in-law thought that he would be helpful and install some electrical outlets in his family's home.
Well, he probably should have asked for help with this job. It's a good thing he didn't get electrocuted.
It's Not What You Think
Reddit user frowdawg posted this photo online along with the caption, "A friend who was helping us unpack screamed, 'I'm sorry, I didn't mean to unpack this! I'm not doing this box!'"
"It's a paper towel holder."
Learn How To Spell
I don't know if I would want a roast beef and criminalized onion relish sandwich. What did the onion relish do that was so bad?
I'll take a carmelized onion sandwich any day, though.
How About Iguana?
The person who made this alphabet book for kids couldn't think of an animal that started with the letter "I."
Rather than asking for help, they decided to pull this stunt.
It Had One Job
This nutcracker literally had one job to do. All it had to do was crack nuts.
Well, it looks like the nut cracked the nutcracker. How does that even happen?
Right Over The Switch
Whoever painted this room just totally ignored the light switch on the wall and painted right over it.
I don't care if this is a functional light switch or not, this is just shoddy work.
An Uncut Fork
Someone really messed up at the fork factory because this guy ended up with an uncut fork in his pack of cutlery.
How are you supposed to eat anything with this device?
The Wrong Bathroom
Maybe the person who built this bathroom should have asked a woman what they normally have in there.
A little bit of help could have gone a long way in this case.
An Upside-Down Pizza
How does one mess up a food as simple as pizza? All you have to do is put the toppings on the right side.
This pizza is clearly upside down.
A Long Drop
Whoever built this room probably should have gotten some help from an actual licensed builder.
You know, someone who wouldn't make doors with a death drop right outside of them.
The Worst Kind Of Drain
This person walked into their Airbnb to find a shower drain on the upper level of the shower floor. Excuse me, but that is not how water works.
Keep in mind that gravity is a thing.
That's Not A Mango
This person wanted to make a label for their mango ice cream, but they used a picture of an avocado instead.
I really hope that there aren't any actual avocados in that ice cream.
That's A Whole Potato
This person found a whole potato in their bag of frozen french fries. Someone really messed up at the french fry factory.
This person should ask to get their money back.
Don't Use As A Chopping Board
I'm sorry, but if I can't use this chopping board as a chopping board, then what is it good for? It's basically just a slab of wood.
It really shouldn't be called a wood chopping board if it isn't a chopping board.
Down The Grate
Well, this is the most unfortunate grate placement I've ever seen. One wrong move and this person's keys are gone forever.
Maybe she should get a mat to cover it up or something.
A Wacky Window Frame
All this builder had to do was put a frame around this window. Why, then, is the frame so off-center?
Maybe the windows were replaced at some point but the frames weren't?
Extra Cheesy
This person asked for extra cheese on their burrito and this is what they got. I can assure you that this is not what they meant.
Isn't the cheese supposed to be in the burrito?
Round Corners
This is what it looks like when you don't plan ahead.
This is also what it looks like when you try to do something yourself even though you have no expertise or experience.
Mnald's McDoM
Clearly this McDonald's is not located in a country where people speak English.
Unless it is, in which case I really don't understand how this could have happened in the first place.
A Corner Light Switch
I honestly don't know how this person managed to bend this light switch cover so that it would fit in this corner at a 90 degree angle.
I just know that it was a bad idea.
Those Aren't Beans
This person opened up a huge can of black beans at work only to find stewed tomatoes inside.
Well, this is clearly a labeling error. Someone must have fallen asleep at the bean factory.
Stay In Scohol
Whoever painted this school sign on the road clearly didn't spend a very long time actually going to school.
If they did, maybe they would know how to spell "school."
Does Sunday Not Count As A Day?
This sign says that this hair salon is open seven days a week, but then it also says that it's closed on Sundays.
So...is Sunday not a day of the week?
A Misplaced Sticker
Someone put the price sticker on this book in a way that obscures part of the title. it turns out that it's a very important part of the title.
Cooking for your dog is very different from cooking your dog.
A Cautionary Tale
The fact that these caution stickers exist means that someone must have tried to insert these gas nozzles in places that gas nozzles shouldn't go.
I am losing faith in the human race.
