These Hilarious Roller Coaster Pictures Will Give You The Ultimate Adrenaline Rush
When it comes to amusement park memories, there's really nothing better than a good old-fashioned roller coaster picture. Whether it's someone screaming their head off or people who decide to do something fun like play a game of chess while going down Splash Mountain, roller-coaster photos are epic if timed correctly. Keep scrolling, because these photos are going to have you thinking of your next theme park ride.
Personal Hygiene Is Important, No Matter What
This family is actually awesome. Not only did the parents get their kids to go along with doing this ridiculous hygiene antic, but they were organized enough to bring makeup, a compact, a hairbrush, a toothbrush, and shaving cream into the park and onto this roller coaster.
That is the highest level of commitment, and this family should get some kind of award from the park for being absolutely amazing.
The Face Of Sheer Terror
There is so much going on in this picture, and each part is just as amazing as the next. First of all, this little girl's mom is doing the most mom thing ever, putting her arm across her daughter like she would in a car. Even though her eyes are closed, it was instinct to do so!
On the other hand, the little girl looks as though she just went through a horror movie and isn't going to sleep for weeks.
This Lady Is Not Impressed With The Thrill
How someone can keep a straight "I'm not impressed" face while going down a huge roller coaster hill is pretty insane. The people behind her are screaming their heads off, so it only makes sense that she's possessed or just doesn't have a fun bone in her body.
Seriously, this facial expression gives McKayla Maroney's 2012 Olympic podium expression a run for its money. The two should have a sour-face off and see who wins.
How Did Her Face Even Get Like That?
People make all types of weird facial expressions when they go down roller coaster hills. This lady has to take the cake, though. How her face got into this position is a question that most likely never going to be answered.
It looks like she's doing a modern version of Edvard Munch's "The Scream" painting. Only, instead of having a beautiful background of blue, orange, yellow, and red swirls, she's on a wooden roller coaster.
"Dad, Not Right Now"
This dad is having the day of his life, enjoying the time he's having on the roller coaster with his young son. On the other hand, the boy is so not having it with anything - -the ride, his father, or that bar he is most likely never going to let go of.
That dad will have to come to terms that his son is now destined to carry a metal bar around with him for the rest of his life because that thing is a permanent fixture.
Hey, Even Little Roller Coasters Can Be Scary
This poor kid is probably never going to go on another roller coaster in his entire life. Not only is this ride a kiddie coaster, but his death grip and face speaker volumes how he feels about going down the hill.
The fact that his mother isn't looking too thrilled about the experience also makes us think that the inability to enjoy a roller coaster runs in the family. Good luck, kid.
Holding On For Dear, Dear Life
This poor child. He had no clue what he was in for when he agreed to go on this roller coaster ride with his sister. On this day, he learned never to listen to older siblings when they say something is going to be fun.
It wouldn't be surprising if his arm were sore after getting off the ride, as he's holding onto that bar for dear life. He also probably broke his sister's hand with that grip!
This Is What Happens When Two Brothers Get Together
This is what happens when two brothers are left alone in an amusement park without any supervision -- one dresses as a jockey while the other wears a horse mask. Their commitment gets an A+, though.
The horse brother is going all-out with his hands like he's not exactly thrilled that they're about to go down a massive hill while the jockey brother is screaming and holding his hat. How they got through the park's security is questionable, but we're glad they did.
It's The Circle Of Life: Roller Coaster Edition
Hey, this guy took the phrase "when in Rome" and ran with it! Only, swap out Rome with Walt Disney World, and this guy gets an A+ for creativity with his Rafiki and Simba get-up.
The thing is, people should take notes from this guy because he is making some of the best memories not only for himself but for the people who were lucky enough to get on the roller coaster with him!
It's Called Blue Steel
Calm, cool, and collected. That's the name of the game for this guy channeling his inner Ben Stiller in Zoolander, rocking a stellar "Blue Steel." Not only that, but somehow he knew exactly where the roller coaster camera was located, staring directly into the lens.
Clearly, this was not his first rodeo on this particular coaster. On the other hand, it was definitely his friend's first time, as he's not thrilled and screaming at the top of his lungs.
There's Always Time For Jenga
Not only were these people organized enough to remember to bring an entire game of Jenga to an amusement park, but they somehow managed to keep it upright long enough to get a picture taken.
They must have used superglue or something to keep those blocks together because there is no way it wouldn't fall over during a roller coaster drop. Still, the guy pulling a piece out mixed with the lady's face is priceless.
The Day He Learned The Phrase "I Made A Mistake"
Roller coasters aren't for the faint of heart, something this little boy learned the hard way. Either his father persuaded him to try the ride out, or he decided to be a daredevil for a day, so he had a fun story to tell his friends when he got home.
That day, he definitely learned what the phrase "I made a mistake" means. But props for the photo capturing his fluttering cheeks and death grip!
What Adrenaline Rush?
These guys had a mission, and they executed it flawlessly. Whoever came up with this idea should get a medal solely because there is no way none of these guys are having even the slightest adrenaline rush and yet all of these faces are stone-cold sober.
It doesn't even look like they're about to break! That is some serious self-control that only a select few people can say they have.
Fancy Meeting You On This Roller Coaster
People either scream on a roller coaster, or they have a plan and go all out. These people went all out, complete with dinner attire, plates, a waiter, and even a table cloth.
The fact that they were able to stay in character through the roller coaster drop is pretty spectacular. The girl's dinner date even went to the extreme, spinning around in his chair to face her. Is that even legal?!
When The Crew Gets Left Alone
This right here is what happens when six guys are left alone in an amusement park. Of course, the picture is awesome, and they were brilliant in coming up with the idea of wearing horse masks, but it begs the question as to how and why they came up with the idea.
Is it a bachelor party, and they wanted a memorable picture? Or was it just a way to get internet famous? The world may never know.
He Clearly Forgot To Shave This Morning
Clearly, this gentleman was in an epic rush to get to the amusement park and this roller coaster that he forgot to shave off that five o'clock shadow. The obvious solution is to grab a barber from the closest salon, tell him the situation, and bring him on the ride.
Because, folks, being first in line is the most important part of roller coaster riding. Here's to hoping he didn't get cut while going down that drop!
Checkmate!
How these two were able to focus on a game of chess while going down a roller coaster hill is a solid question. Not only is one guy holding the board, but the other is in enough control to turn around and make his move.
He was at least smart enough to hold onto the railing and not completely turn around. If that were the case, he probably would have gone over!
Journaling So He Doesn't Forget The Moment
Come on, folks, journaling is an important part of some people's lives. And obviously, this guy was trying to figure out when he would have time to write his thought, dreams, and fears down since his family had a fun-filled day at the park planned.
The answer: journal while riding on the roller coaster and wearing a matching family reunion shirt with his sister. Hey, it makes sense when you think about it!
Don't Leave Me!
Sometimes, simple creativity is the best kind. Take these two, for example. They got very lucky, securing a roller coaster cart to themselves. So, Mickey Mouse shirt and all, they decided one person was going to go in the front while the other was in the back.
Then they proceeded to pretend they were both falling, trying to grab one another's hands. It's cute, especially if they aren't actually at the park together and just met on the ride.
Their Hair Stayed Like That For The Rest Of The Day
First off, these two little girls are awesome. They are both completely catching flies in their mouths but seem to be having an amazing time on the roller coaster. Hopefully, they don't mind that their hair will be windswept and sticking straight up for the rest of the day.
Talk about some massive volumizing! They won't know what hit them when they get off the ride and see themselves in a mirror for the first time.
